PRELIMINARY NOTES

This notice covers only the ways and purposes with which we process the data we receive from your use of our website. This notice does not apply to any external resources that may be reached via links on the Site (https://acca19.it/). For data processing carried out by third parties through your navigation and use of the Site we invite you to read the “THIRD-PARTY COOKIES” section contained in this notice.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED ON THE SITE AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The data we collect through your navigation on the Site are personal identification data and are processed for the following purposes: for the proper use of the Site’s contents, layout, and functionality; (if and when strictly necessary) for handling any technical issues related to the use of the Site and related communications (e.g. updates, maintenance, modifications, malfunctions/service disruptions of the Site or services, non-commercial service communications, etc.); responding to requests for information submitted via the contact page. No sensitive data are collected. Except for navigation data (see below), whose collection is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols and necessary to ensure safe and efficient browsing of the Site and enjoyment of its contents and/or services, providing your personal data—when requested during various collection points—takes place at your discretion and may be necessary to pursue the purposes set out in this document, or optional. The required or optional nature of the provision is indicated each time—referring to the individual items requested—at the moment of data collection, by marking any mandatory information with an asterisk (*).

Marketing

With your explicit consent, we may also, directly or through specifically appointed third parties, process your data for direct marketing activities, sending—also via email or SMS—advertising material, direct sales offers, market research, and/or commercial communications related to products, initiatives, and/or services, in our role as Data Controller. Providing data for this “Marketing” purpose is entirely optional; your refusal will have no consequences on your ability to use the Site’s contents and/or services, but you will not receive promotional communications. You retain the right to object to processing carried out through automated tools, or via traditional contact methods such as postal mail and/or operator-assisted calls. You may exercise this right in whole or in part (for example, by objecting only to the sending of promotional communications via automated tools).

NAVIGATION DATA

Beyond the information you provide, we can collect data about you through your browsing of the Site or, more generally, through your interaction with its contents and/or services. Like most websites, ours uses common technological tools (e.g. cookies) to manage the platform and user traffic and, during your browsing session, gathers certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in using Internet communication protocols and necessary to ensure safe, efficient navigation of the Site and access to its contents and/or services. COOKIES
